Box Score ITHACA, N.Y. – The Skidmore College women's volleyball team lost its first Liberty League match of the season, 3-0 (25-5, 25-13, 25-16), at Ithaca on Friday.

The Thoroughbreds are back to .500 at 9-9 overall and 2-1 in the Liberty League. Ithaca is 10-8 and 3-0.

Sabatier Faith led all players with 13 kills for Ithaca. Solid from the service line, the Bombers had 14 aces, led by Grace Isaksen with seven. Jamie Koopman had six blocks, three solo while Aleka Darko had five including one solo block.

Zoe Beals and
Grace Aronson had four kills each for Skidmore.
Elizabeth Miller finished with a team-high seven digs.
Audrey Powell and
Ella Harris each had solo blocks. Powell also had eight assists.

Ithaca held a lead straight until the third set, where the teams traded points. Skidmore had a two-point lead before Ithaca rattled off eight points in a row to take a stranglehold of the match.

Skidmore will look to bounce back Saturday at RIT. The Tigers are also unbeaten in Liberty League play after a convincing win over Union on Friday evening.
