SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Skidmore College men's tennis team wrapped up the regular season with a 6-3 loss to No. 15 Tufts, in non-conference action at the Wenger Courts on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
Skidmore, ranked 26
th in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings, finishes the regular season with an 11-4 record. The Thoroughbreds will gear up for postseason play with the Liberty League Semifinals on May 6 in Ithaca, N.Y. Tufts improves to 9-5, and will host No. 2 Bowdoin in its next match on Saturday.

Steven Koulouris,
Ted Berkowitz, and
Lucas Pickering.
Skidmore earned a victory at first doubles, as the fourth-ranked duo of Koulouris and
JT Wynne defeated Boris Sorkin and Carl Herman-Grant.
In singles, Wynne would defeat Nathan Niemiec in a lengthy match at No. 2, earning the 7-5, 4-6, 14-12 decision. Berkowitz would split the first two sets at No. 5 against Dan Coran, before Coran was forced to retire.
