HARTFORD, Conn.—The Skidmore College men's lacrosse team scored game's final five goals to cap an incredible comeback in a 13-12 win at Trinity College.

The Thoroughbreds have won three straight to move to 3-1. Trinity is 1-1.

Eric Megnia scored the game's final three goals, including the game-winner with nine seconds to play, to finish with four goals and two assists.
Brendan Halloran led Skidmore with five goals and two assists. The pair combined for the game's final five goals.
Colby Farnham and
Cody Legeza each had a goal and an assist.
Jack Curry and Jason Schlonsky scored solo goals, while
RJ Caruso had two assists.
Alex Miller had 11 ground balls and four ground balls.

Ben Knaus and Jack Stallman had three goals each to lead Trinity.

The game was tied 5-5 at the half, but the Bantams outscored the Thoroughbreds 7-3 in the third quarter to go up 12-8.

Skidmore regrouped to start the final stanza, dominating play to set the stage for the comeback.

Halloran started the rally at 12:27 form Farnham. He cut it to 12-10 with an unassisted goal at 10:11. Megnia took over at that point scoring at 7:36 for a 12-11 deficit and again at 2:32 from Legeza to tie it at 2:32.

After a Skidmore turnover with :34 left, Trinity panicked on the clear.
Jack Curry caused a turnover and got the ball to
Ryan Warnock who got it to Megnia who fired the game winner past Bantam goalie Woody Hamilton with nine seconds left.

The Thoroughbreds out shot Trinity 45-38.
Chris Baughan had 12 saves for the win, while Hamilton finished with 11 saves.

Skidmore opens Liberty League play on Saturday at 12 p.m. against Ithaca College.
