"We found out a lot about our guys tonight," said Skidmore College men's basketball head coach Joseph Burke. "I was proud of how they responded. We had some good conversation last night and this morning and they answered the call."
"We are a good basketball team, but that doesn't mean we have it all figured out. At the end of the day, we have a ton of injuries and a lot of underclassmen on the floor and they are still learning. They now realize that if they don't come dialed in then they are vulnerable but they also know they are capable of beating anyone in the country."
Skidmore will return home this Friday to host Hobart in the 'Big Green Scream' contest at 8 p.m.
