POTSDAM, N.Y.—The Skidmore College baseball team dropped two Liberty League games to Clarkson University Saturday, 6-2 and 15-4.

The Thoroughbreds (10-19, 5-13 Liberty) and Golden Knights (14-13, 9-5) will close out the four-game series on Sunday.

In the first game, Clarkson took advantage of Skidmore miscues to score three in the first and three in the sixth.
Shawn Klier had two of the team's three hits, both doubles. Â
Spencer Anderson got tagged for the loss, allowing only one earned run on five hits over 5 1/3.

In the second game, Clarkson scored four in the first and eight in the fifth on the way to the 15-4 win. Only six of the runs were earned. Klier was 2-3 with an RBI and
Josh Brown was 2-3 with a double, Â two runs and an RBI.
