ONEONTA, N.Y.—A little early winter weather system didn't bother the Skidmore College field hockey team in its 2-0 win over SUNY Oneonta in a nonleague road game Thursday.

The Thoroughbreds finish the regular season with a 13-5 record and will travel to Vassar College on Nov. 2 for a 6 p.m. Liberty League semifinal. Oneonta is 4-11.

Krista Lamoreux scored her 11
th goal of the season off a rebound at 10:41 for a 1-0 lead.
Kayla Rose made it 2-0 off a scramble in front of the cage at 56:39.

Elizabeth Coughlin had to make just one save for her 12
th win and third solo shutout of the season.

Skidmore had a solid 20-2 shot and 13-3 corner advantage.
