SCOUTING THE THOROUGHBREDS (3-12-2, 2-8 ECAC East): Skidmore returned to ECAC East play last weekend, posting a 5-2 win over Southern Maine before falling 2-0 to the University of New England…Sophomore forward Marc Cibelli tallied twice against the Huskies…Sophomore forward Anthony Bird produced a goal and an assist and junior forward Ondrej Krajnak added three assists.
 
STATISTICS: Bird leads the team with 16 points and is tied for fifth in the league with 12 assists…Six of Krajnak's 11 assists this season have come on the power play… Freshman defenseman Connor Pelkey has netted five goals against league opponents, including three on the power play…Sophomore netminder Jack McDonald has made 30+ saves in four of the last five games…The Thoroughbreds are 0-5 when trailing ECAC East opponents after the first period.
