SCOUTING THE THOROUGHBREDS (2-1): Skidmore was knocked off in overtime by #23 Babson on Saturday…Senior forward Connor Merrill recorded his first double-double of the season with 17 points and 12 rebounds to go along with two blocks…Junior guard Aldin Medunjanin tied for a team-high with 17 points…Merrill (16.8 ppg) and Medunjanin (16.3 ppg) rank seventh and eighth in the conference in scoring, respectively…Medunjanin is second in the league in assists per game (5.5)…The Thoroughbreds are third in the league in defensive rebounding , averaging 30.8 per game.

SCOUTING THE CARDINALS (2-1): Plattsburgh was knocked off 89-84 by Western Connecticut after notching wins in its first two games…Senior guard Jordan Moody leads the team in scoring, averaging 14.3 points per game…Senior forward Ezra Hodgson is second on the team in scoring (12.3) and 3-point percentage (.500) and third in rebounds, averaging 5.3 boards per game…The Cardinals, who are 1-1 on the road, have outscored their opponents 138-95 in the first half this season…Plattsburgh is shooting 45% from the field.
