SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.—
David Limoges scored two goals and added two assists to lead the Skidmore College hockey team to a 7-6 non-league win over Salve Regina University, Saturday at the Saratoga Springs City Rink.

With the win, the Thoroughbreds move over the .500 mark with a 5-4-3 record. The Seahawks drop their sixth straight to fall to 6-7.

Limoges scored both of his goals in a five-goal first period. The Thoroughbreds led 3-2 after the first on the Limoges tallies and
Brad Schuler's third goal of the season.

The offense continued in the second period with the teams trading two goals each to leave it 5-4 after two.
Ondrej Krajnak and
Aaron Beck scored for Skidmore.

Salve Regina tied it 5-5 at 5:58 of the third on John Scorcia's shorthanded goal.
Marc Cibelli put the Thoroughbreds back in front, 6-5, at 12:01 with his second of the season. David Watkins made it 6-6 Â at 13:09.Â
Anthony Bird scored the game winner at 13:57 off quick passes from Limoges and
Brian McQuillan at 13:57.

Krajnak (1-2-3), David Dupuis (0-3-3), Schuler (1-2-3), and Cibelli (1-2-3) all finished with three points for the Thoroughbreds.

Salve had a 32-21 shot advantage.
Jack McDonald improved to 4-3-4 with 26 saves, while David Chiokadze (1-2) had 14 saves in defeat.

Skidmore returns to ECAC East action on Tuesday at home against Castleton State in a 7 p.m. start.
