Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 ROCHESTER, N.Y.—The Skidmore College volleyball team beat host Rochester 3-0 and St. John Fisher 3-0 on the final day of the University of Rochester Invitational.
 
The Thoroughbreds went 3-1 in the tournament to improve to 6-1 overall.
 
Skidmore won 25-19, 25-22, 25-23 against Rochester, Aria Goodman had a double/double with 10 kills and 11 digs. Marcela Familiar had 27 digs and three aces, while Natalie Nagle added three aces and 10 kills.
 
Against Fisher, the Thoroughbreds had an easy 25-12 first set and the cruised in the final two, 25-22, 25-21. Emma Wilberg had 27 assists and five digs. Corrine Palmer had three blocks, 13 kills and a .619 hitting percentage. Familiar capped her tournament with 16 digs.
 
Skidmore travels to the Union Invite, Sept. 13-14.
