Box Score SCHENECTADY, N.Y.-- The Skidmore College volleyball team dropped a tight 3-1 (25-18, 28-30, 18-25, 21-25) match to Nazareth College at the Union Invitational.
 
The Thoroughbreds (6-2) will continue play on Saturday against Williams at 11 a.m. and Oneonta at 1 p.m.
 
After winning the first set 25-18, Skidmore lost a tough 30-28 second set to the Golden Flyers (8-2).  Naz then settled in to win the final two sets.
 
Corinne Palmer had 17 kills, two aces, five digs, and a block for the Thoroughbreds. Aria Goodman contributed 13 kills and 22 digs, while Natalie Nagle added five aces, 11 kills and 12 digs. Marcela Familiar had 26 digs.  Emma Wilberg had 42 assists.
