Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Amherst, Mass.—The Skidmore College volleyball team made quick work of Trinity and Amherst on Saturday to improve to 7-4.

The Thoroughbreds beat the Bantams 3-1 (25-22, 24-26, 25-21, 25-22) and the Lord Jeffs 3-0 (25-23, 25-16, 25-23)

Against Trinity, Corinne Palmer had 18 kills and three blocks, while Mallory Mendelsohn had a double/double with 34 assists and 14 digs. Sam Friedman added 17 digs.

In the Amherst win, Palmer had 12 kills and four blocks. Friedman came through with 20 digs, while Emma Wilberg added 13 digs.  Mendelsohn contributed 42 assists and seven digs.

Skidmore hosts Bard and Clarkson in a pair of Liberty League matches on Sept. 28.
