Volleyball stays hot with easy wins over Potsdam and Keene

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Schenectady, N.Y.—The Skidmore College volleyball team extended its winning streak to 11 with a 3-0 wins over Keene and Potsdam at Union College.  

The Thoroughbreds wrap tournament play on Saturday against Lehman and Oneonta.

Skidmore is 13-4.

Against Keene, Skidmore won 25-19, 25-15 and 25-16. Carolyn Bottelier had nine kills, 12 digs and three blocks.  Sam Friedman added a team-high 16 digs, while Mallory Mendelsohn had 31 assists and 11 digs.

In the second match, Skidmore beat Potsdam 25-22, 26-24, 25-21. Corinne Palmer had 11 kills, four aces, and two blocks. Elise Finnerty contributed 13 kills and five blocks (one sole) and Friedman had 14 digs.
