BEFORE SKIDMORE: Earned varsity letters in swimming and water polo at Whitney M. Young Magnet HS...Won city championships as anchor of 400-free relay team...Finished as a runner-up at sectionals...Member of National Honor Society...Was a principal's scholar
WHY SKIDMORE? "I chose Skidmore College not only for its challenging academics and many opportunities on campus, but also for the friendly team atmosphere and wonderful coaches. It was very important to me to find someplace where I could explore any avenue, curiosity, or interest whether in the STEM field or in my extracurriculars, and I not only found that in Skidmore, but I also found a community that strives to help me in going beyond that!"
