Bostick was named the Skidmore head women's basketball coach in August, 2024.
Bostick comes to Saratoga Springs with over a decade of head coaching experience at the Division III level. Most recently, Bostick served for three seasons as the head women’s basketball coach at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

Before his three years at MCLA, Bostick was the head coach at Fitchburg State University during the 2013-14 season before a seven-year run at Becker College, his alma mater, culminating in a 2018 New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Championship, NCAA Tournament appearance, and two NECC Coach of the Year awards (2016, 2018).
He will now lead a Thoroughbred team that has enjoyed a stretch of unprecedented success. “Skidmore College has a rich tradition of being successful on and off the court and I look forward to working with the talented student-athletes and staff to build on that success.”
The Thoroughbreds are coming off back-to-back 20-win campaigns with a combined 45-11 (.804) record and a 32-4 mark in the Liberty League. Skidmore won the 2023 Liberty League title, advancing to the NCAA Second Round for the first time in program history. The Thoroughbreds made a repeat appearance in the 2024 conference championship game. Showcasing its prowess off the court, the team was also recently ranked ninth in the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll.

An accomplished player at Becker, Bostick was a 1,000-point scorer for the Hawks. He then began his coaching career as the women’s basketball assistant at his alma mater, while also coaching the women’s tennis team for five seasons and leading the team to three straight conference titles.
Bostick has degrees in business administration and psychology from Becker. He is also working on a Master of Business Administration from MCLA.
