FAVORITE ATHLETICS MOMENT: "Making finals on 3M at championships last year after a tough season."

PREGAME ROUTINE/RITUAL: "I always take a cold shower in the morning to wake myself up and ready my mind. When I get to the pool, I like to stretch leisurely for fifteen minutes, and then I'll go on the pool deck and try as talk to as many teammates as possible about the meet and how they're feeling, because it puts me at ease to know how my teammates are doing. Afterwards, I warm up my whole competition list and try to do every dive at least twice."

FUN FACT PEOPLE MAY NOT KNOW: "I can play seven instruments!"

HOBBIES/ACTIVITIES: "I play jazz trumpet and I'm an organic chemistry teaching assistant and international student mentor at Skidmore."
