M.S., Smith College, 2002

Jill Greenleaf has been at the helm of the Skidmore men's and women's swimming and diving programs since 2002, having brought stability and enthusiasm to the Thoroughbred program. Under Greenleaf's leadership, Skidmore athletes have continuously rewritten the record board multiple times over, and the teams’ finishes in the Liberty League and formerly UNYSCSA conferences have steadily improved. Greenleaf has also coached multiple Liberty League champions, including swimmers Catherine King (50 Free in 2014), Nicolas Sodi (1650 Free in 2022, 2023, 2024), Ryan Delfico (400 IM in 2024, 2025) alongside diver Douglas Pilawa (1M Dive in 2010, 2012; 3M Dive in 2010).

Greenleaf formerly served as the assistant coach at Smith College (2000-2002) and at Eastern Connecticut State University (1999-2000).

A four-time All-American at Swarthmore College, Greenleaf was a multiple conference and college record holder. She was also the assistant director of the two largest, privately run swimming coaches clinics in the country—the Eastern and Central States Swim clinics—from 1998-2023.
