Krista Lamoreaux '17 returns to the Skidmore College field hockey program as an assistant coach in February 2019. Prior to her return to Skidmore, she worked for the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League (NHL) as an Account Executive and Game Presentation Coordinator.

During her tenure at Skidmore she had the honor of playing in one Final Four Divison III Championship, two Elite Eight Division III Championship games, and added three Liberty League titles to the program's mantle. She ranked 15th all-time in program history with 105 career points (35 goals, 35 assists). She graduated in spring 2017 with a bachelor's degree in American Studies.
