SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — Skidmore College swimming and diving head coach Jill Greenleaf announced the hiring of Ethan Rogowski as an assistant coach.
 
Rogowski joins the Thoroughbreds following a four-year swimming career at NCAA Division I Rider University and several years of club coaching experience.
 
Rogowski helped Rider win the 2023 Metro Conference (formerly MAAC) championship. He finished his collegiate career as a member of the program's record-setting 200-yard freestyle relay and ranks among Rider's top-10 performers in the 100 butterfly and 1,000 freestyle. He was also a four-time Eastern College Athletic Conference qualifier and earned MAAC Swimmer of the Week honors during his career.
 
Rogowski began his coaching career for three years with the Lawrence Lightning Swim Team in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, where he worked with swimmers ages 6-15. He led practices focused on stroke development, race strategy, endurance and speed while providing individualized instruction.
 
Since graduating, Rogowski has also served as an assistant coach for the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Piranhas, working with the club's junior and senior groups.
 
A native of Clifton Park, Rogowski earned his bachelor's degree in graphic design in 2026 from Rider.
