MILL SPRING, N.C. – The Skidmore College riding team was reserve champion at the IHSA National Championship at the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Skidmore finished with 47 team points. Champion Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) had 61.

• In Sunday's third and final day, Skidmore had three top-six finishes.
• In open fences, Isa Jensen was fifth.
• Ani McIntyre finished fourth in the intermediate flat competition.
• Jensen then rounded out the competition by placing sixth in the open flat.
• The second-place finish is Skidmore's best since its most recent national championship in 2023 in Louisville. Skidmore has won it all nine times.
