TROY, N.Y. – Three Skidmore College student-athletes earned Liberty League weekly awards and there were eight other performances recognized on the Honor Roll for the week ending April 12.
Rudraksha Banerjee was named the Liberty League Men's Golf Performer of the Week,
Conor Geier was selected the Men's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week, and
Lulu Mickle was tabbed the Softball Rookie of the Week.

Rudraksha Banerjee (So., Kolkata, India) – Liberty League Men's Golf Performer of the Week
Banerjee finished in a tie for second place over the weekend at the Tim Brown Invitational at the Ballston Spa County Club to help lead the Thoroughbreds to a T-3 team finish. He shot matching even-par 71s while finishing second in the field with 24 pars, and third with only five bogeys across the two-round home event.

Conor Geier (#24, Fr., A, Stratham, New Hampshire) – Liberty League Men's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week
Geier scored five goals with an assist over two games last week for No. 15 Skidmore in wins over Oneonta and Clarkson. He had his first collegiate hat trick on Monday, before adding three more points on the road at Clarkson on Saturday with two goals and an assist. He finished with 12 shots and four ground balls for the week.

Lulu Mickle (#15, Fr., IF/OF, Baltimore, Maryland) – Liberty League Softball Rookie of the Week
Mickle went 8-for-20 (.400) over six games for the Thoroughbreds with a double, two triples, and five RBI. She also scored seven runs and went a perfect 3-for-3 on stolen-base attempts. She reached base at a .458 clip, produced a 1.108 OPS, and handled all 12 of her fielding chances cleanly.

Michael Aiello (#18, So., A, Rockville Centre, New York) – Liberty League Men's Lacrosse Honor Roll
Aiello scored three goals and recorded seven assists for 10 points in a 2-0 week for the No. 15 Thoroughbreds, which included an 11-7 Liberty League road victory at Clarkson on Saturday. He dished out six assists in Monday's non-league win for Oneonta before scoring three with a helper Saturday to help take down the Golden Knights in a game where he did not commit a turnover.

Marty McFadden (#42, Sr., D, Edmonton, Alberta) – Liberty League Men's Lacrosse Honor Roll
McFadden recorded three ground balls and three caused turnovers across two games, both wins, for 15
th-ranked Skidmore last week against Oneonta and Clarkson. He also scored for the second and third games in a row while standing up defensively for a Skidmore unit that surrendered single digit goals in both contests to improve to 10-2.

Julia Cafasso (#27, Sr., M, Manhasset, New York) - Liberty League Women's Lacrosse Honor Roll
Cafasso scored four goals with two assists for six points to lead the Thoroughbreds past Vassar on the road on Wednesday. Her third goal was the 100
th of her career. Cafasso also had five draw controls, two ground balls, and one caused turnover while producing 10 shot attempts for the game.

Brooke LaVallee (#5, Sr., D, Longmeadow, Massachusetts) - Liberty League Women's Lacrosse Honor Roll
LaVallee had five draw controls and a pair of turnovers to help the Thoroughbreds come from behind to earn a hard-fought 15-14 win at Vassar on Wednesday. She also picked up a pair of ground balls while contributing to the defense that surrendered just four second-half goals.

Men's Varsity 8+ (Hayden Harlow, Will Landro, Grant Steinberger, Thomas du Four, Charles Ertz, Henry Shannon, Sam van Adrichem Boogaert, Kal Katz, Van de Venecia) – Liberty League Men's Rowing Honor Roll
The Skidmore men's varsity 8+ opened the day at the Hamilton Duals with a close race against Middlebury ultimately coming in right behind the Panther boat in 6:13.84.

Sam Waters (#4, So., IF, Kingston, Massachusetts) – Liberty League Softball Honor Roll
Waters finished Skidmore's six-game week batting .435 (10-for-23) with two doubles, a triple, seven runs scored, six stolen bases, and three RBI. The speedy Skidmore leadoff hitter posted an on-base percentage of .462 with a weekly OPS of 1.071. She also had eight put outs, 14 assists, and a .957 fielding percentage at second base.

Kyle Lundberg (Sr., Manhattan Beach, California) – Liberty League Men's Tennis Honor Roll
Lundberg claimed a pair of singles wins last week against Union and No. 10 Kenyon out of the No. 2 spot for 24
th-ranked Skidmore. He beat Union's Jesus Sosa (6-2, 7-5) on Wednesday night before winning by default after reaching the third set against his ranked opponent from Kenyon on Saturday.

Ege Topbas (Fr., Istanbul, Turkey) – Liberty League Men's Tennis Honor Roll
Topbas went 2-1 over the weekend for Skidmore with a pair of singles victories over Union and No. 10 Kenyon. He battled for a three-set win over Union's Daniel Saxe (5-7, 6-1, 6-2) before a straight-set win against Kenyon's Cioladis which including a second-set tiebreak.
