SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Skidmore College men's tennis team won two-out-of-three doubles matches, but got swept in singles for a 5-2 loss to nationally 12
th-ranked Babson on Saturday morning.
- Skidmore (1-1) got victories at second and third doubles to take the doubles point.
- Kyle Lundberg and Yuval Goodman defeated Babson's Merson/Zlobinsky 6-4, while Mahen Bitkuri and Radin Sadeghi teamed up for a 6-3 win over Bourn/Mejia.
- Ege Topbas earned Skidmore's other point with a three-set win (1-6, 6-3, 1-0_ over Ryan Patrick.
- Goodman and Sadeghi both pushed their opponents to third sets. Goodman won the first at No. 1, while Sadeghi forced the third with a 6-3 second-set win.
