FROM HEAD COACH CURT SPEERSCHNEIDER
"Sort of a fresh start for us this year. I don't really believe in "rebuilding" years, but I suppose this would be that year for us. For the first time in a while, we're no longer the hunted, but the hunter in the league. I think that's exactly what we needed with the majority of our team being First Years and some returning players needing to step up into some higher spots and roles. We have some really good talent that we're looking to develop into the next era of Skidmore Women's Tennis. They will be tested in the coming weeks with some good fall competition. Even with a new group, our standards and goals will remain the same."
