Patrick McLaughlin had the team's low round of the day.
CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. – The Skidmore College golf team finished 15
th at the Camp Lejeune Intercollegiate Championship.
- The Thoroughbreds shot a third-round score of 305, finishing with a 905 total team score (306-294-305) for the three-round event.
- Sandhills and Shenandoah tied at 873 for the team title.
- Penn State-Altoona's Pete Nusbaum finished 4-under to earn medalist honors by two strokes.
- Patrick McLaughlin and Johnny Hwang both tied for 49th. McLaughlin shot the team's low round of the day a 2-over 74, with the highlight over an eagle-3 on No. 11.
- Hwang fired a 75 on Sunday with birdies on No. 18 and No. 3.
- Rudraksha Banerjee finished with a 77 in round three and was 61st overall.
- Tate Esler finished tied for 73rd, while Evan Forrest had three birdies on his card including back-to-back birdies on No. 3 and No. 4.
