SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Eight Skidmore College student-athletes w3ere honored by College Sports Communicators (CSC) on the Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
Representing Skidmore on the men's side were
Connor Mansfield and
Gavin Wheeler. On the women's side, Skidmore was represented by
Hazel Aiello,
Alina Alcantara,
Abby Lewis,
Avery Rogers,
Amanda Shannon, and
Brooke Zienowicz.
Members of the All-District Team must meet a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade-point average and have played in 90 percent or started 67 percent of team games in the current season. Each program is permitted up to six nominations.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
