"Thanks to the generous donors who attended our Geneseo game on a rainy Saturday in early September, we were able to give a total of $720 in cash and physical donations (games and snacks) to the LivLIkeLiv Foundation in support of the Melodies Childhood Cancer Center at Albany Med.  We will continue to support the Foundation in our annual FH vs. Cancer game on Saturday September 28^th during our game vs. St. Lawrence."

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - The Skidmore College field hockey game vs. SUNY Geneseo on Saturday, Sept. 7 will be played in honor of Saratoga field hockey player Olivia Allen who lost her battle with cancer last spring.
 
The program will be accepting donations prior to or at the game to the Live Like Liv Foundation. (#LiveLikeLiv) in the form of cash, check to the Live Like Liv Foundation or Venmo to @SkidmoreFH. Donations in the form of snacks and games will also be accepted at Saturday's game for the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at Albany Medical Center.

The Live Like Liv Foundation (TLLLF) was created to honor the memory of Olivia and to continue her legacy of positivity that she brought into the world. Despite the numerous challenges that Olivia faced during her cancer journey, her courage, resilience, and unwavering spirit were an inspiration to everyone who knew her. Olivia faced each day with a smile, embodying strength and hope. She turned her hardship into an awe-inspiring rallying cry to #LiveLikeLiv.
