MIDDLEBURY, Vt. / ROME, Ga. – The Skidmore College women's tennis team had another split-front day. In Middlebury, the players put together several big wins. In Georgia, the doubles team of Konika Dhull and Grace Truong closed out their stay at the ITA CUP with a win.

• Dhull and Truong won 6-2, 6-2 over Chow/Zinchenko of Carnegie Mellon University on Saturday morning.
• From head coach Curt Speerschneider: "This tournament is always great experience playing top teams from other regions. Their first two matches it took them a while to get settled, which is tough against good opponents. But as always, they learned from those and adjusted for this last match to come out playing their games with a bit more confidence. That obviously resulted in a good win for them."
• Dhull and Truong are All-Americans after winning the Northeast Regional title last month.
• Skidmore racked up 10 wins in the second day of the Middlebury Panther Challenge.
• The Thoroughbreds won 6-of-7 singles matches against Trinity to open the day.
• Winners were Ella Provost (2-6, 6-0, 6-3), Coco Prokop (6-0, 6-2), Juliette Ceas (6-2, 6-4), Katleyn Corpuz (6-1, 6-3), Suhani Sabharwal (6-2, 6-3), and Mia Sarzynska (6-1, 6-1).
• Then, in singles against Colby, Skidmore won three more. Ceas (7-5, 6-3), Sabharwal (6-1, 6-4), and Sarzynska (6-2, 6-0) were the Skidmore winners in the first afternoon session.
• Wrapping up the day, Provost and Prokop got a 6-3 victory over their opponents from Middlebury.
