ROCHESTER, N.Y.—The Skidmore College women's basketball team returned to the win column with a 67-44 Liberty League win at the Rochester Institute of Technology Friday night. The Thoroughbreds are 10-4 overall and 5-2 in Liberty League play. The Tigers drop to 5-8 and 4-2.
 

• Julia Blanck and Amelia Medolla accounted for more than half of Skidmore's points with 17 each. Blanck registered her fourth straight and ninth double/double of the season with 13 rebounds five blocks, and a steal. Sarah Chambers pulled down 11 rebounds.
• Emma Waite was the lone Tiger in double figures with 15 points.
• The teams exchanged the lead 16 times in the first half, but the Thoroughbreds took control with an 11-2 third quarter run to open a 39-26 lead. Medolla scored eight of the 11 points. The lead remained 13 at the end of the quarter 46-33.
• Skidmore rode a 13-2 run in the fourth quarter to open 63-41 lead working toward the 67-44 final.
• The Thoroughbreds had a 24-17 bench scoring advantage and a wide 28-14 edge in second-chance points. Skidmore dominated the boards 64-31 with 32 offensive rebounds.
