SARATOGA SPRINGS—Torrential rains have forced the cancelation of The Dr. Tim Brown Golf Invitational. The 22-team event was scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at the Ballston Spa Country Club. The course had a substantial amount of standing water on it Friday.
