TEMPE, Ariz.— Skidmore College senior
Risa Fukushige capped her collegiate career with a fourth ITA All-American honor when the awards were recently announced.

Fukushige is the fourth four-time All-American in program history. She has earned singles honors in 2021, 2020 and 2019 and doubles in 2018.

She finished ranked eighth nationally in singles and was 18
th in doubles with
Maya Lal. The Thoroughbreds ranked 14
th in the final ITA Division III rankings.Â
The storied Skidmore program has 11 individual All-Americans. Fukushige is tied with Amy Wachenheim '01 with four awards. Inke Noel '99 has five and Jamie Levine '98 six.

Fukushige is a three-time Liberty League Player of the Year and received the 2021 Skidmore College Female Senior Athlete Award.
