TEMPE, Ariz.— Skidmore College senior Risa Fukushige capped her collegiate career with a fourth ITA All-American honor when the awards were recently announced.
 
Fukushige is the fourth four-time All-American in program history. She has earned singles honors in 2021, 2020 and 2019 and doubles in 2018.
 
She finished ranked eighth nationally in singles and was 18^th in doubles with Maya Lal. The Thoroughbreds ranked 14^th in the final ITA Division III rankings. 

The storied Skidmore program has 11 individual All-Americans. Fukushige is tied with Amy Wachenheim '01 with four awards. Inke Noel '99 has five and Jamie Levine '98 six.
 
Fukushige is a three-time Liberty League Player of the Year and received the 2021 Skidmore College Female Senior Athlete Award.
