ITHACA, N.Y.—The Skidmore College softball team lost its regular season finale 11-2 at Ithaca College Sunday, but the team earned the fourth and final Liberty League Tournament berth with its 11-8 record.

The second game of Sunday's twin bill was rained out in the top of the fifth inning.

The Thoroughbreds will face top-seed Rochester in a semifinal game on Wednesday in Rochester. Ithaca, seeded second, will host Rensselaer in the other semifinal with the winners playing on Saturday at the highest remaining seed.

This will be the team's first tournament appearance since 2017 and the team finished with a winning record for the first time since the 2010 season.

Sunday's highlight was a two-run homer for
Hannah Davis. It was her second of the season.
