VERONA, N.Y.—The Skidmore College golf team shot a 308 and sits fourth after the first day of the Liberty League Fall Preview being played at the Turning Stone Shenendoah course.
 
Rensselaer is first with 291 and New York University second with 293.
 
Skidmore's Harry Grosso, playing as an individual shot one-under 71 with five birdies. He's tied for second, one stroke behind leader Joey Harrigan of RPI.
 
Kevin McGough is Skidmore's team scoring leader, tied for 11^th with 76, one stroke in front of Sean Hurley whose tied for 13^th with teammate Evan Forrest. John Guerrera is tied for 16^th with 78 and Cole Vacca is tied for 24^th with 80.
