SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. –
Yasmine Boukari tallied the game's lone goal for 1-0 win for the Skidmore College women's soccer team over Bard College in the team's last game of the 2019 season Saturday at Wachenheim Field.

The Thoroughbreds finish 7-7-2 and 2-7 in the Liberty League, while the Raptors end their season 3-13-1 and 0-9 in the league.

Boukari put the Thoroughbreds up 1-0 in the 24
th minute of the game when she beat a Bard defender and rocketed a shot to the top of the net. Bard goalie, Abigail Stanley went to save it, but ultimately deflected into the goal.

Bard's Julia Gibson had an opportunity to tie it in the 81
st minute on a free kick, but it ricocheted off the top post.

The Thoroughbreds didn't let Bard have a second opportunity and went on to shutout win. Â

Ava Keller finished off the afternoon with three saves, while Boukari led the team with seven shots.

The Thoroughbreds outnumbered the Raptors 12-6 in shots, as well as 2-1 in corner kicks.
