Thoroughbreds shutout at Ithaca

ITHACA, N.Y.— The road remained unkind to the Skidmore College women's soccer team with a 4-0 Liberty League loss at Ithaca College Saturday afternoon.

Unbeaten at home, the Thoroughbreds (6-5-2, 1-5 Liberty League) are 2-5-1 away from Wachenheim Field. Ithaca is 9-4-1 and 4-2.

Four different Bombers scored with Ithaca leading 3-0 after the first half.

The Bombers outshot Skidmore 25-4 and had an 8-0 corner advantage.

Skidmore will regroup and host St. Lawrence University on Oct. 26 at 3 p.m.
