COACH BENNETTRight now we have to focus on getting out of our own way. Today we stood in our own way. Union is one of the best running teams I've seen in sometime and we didn't adjust on the floor to their transition game. We press and if you don't score you cannot press. Union defends and runs and they put a clinic on today on defending, running and converting.
We have a few days to get our legs back from a tough weekend of games and then we get back in the gym to get things right. The season is long so we have to just learn from the last few games and bounce back one practice at a time and one game at a time from there. We have the tools, the talent and the where with all. I'm excited to keep growing with this team and I look forward to us clicking and putting it all together. Process is not fun it's dirty and it can get ugly but when it comes together as it will its real nice in the end, real nice.Â
