SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.--The Skidmore College women's soccer team goes on the road Friday to take on MCLA.

Skidmore dropped its season opener at Castleton, 4-1. Junior midfielder Emily Saliterman picked up where she left off last season, netting the team's lone goal. Saliterman has produced seven of the team's last 13 goals dating back to last season. Senior forward Megan Caccavale added an assist.
  
SCOUTING MCLA (1-0)
The Traiblazers notched a 1-0 win against Regis in their first game of the season. Natalie Caney scored the only goal MCLA would need just 5:25 into the contest. Junior goalkeeper Kathryn Daly turned away four shots for the shutout. MCLA went 5-12-1 overall and 4-4-1 at home in 2014.
