Live Stats SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.–The Skidmore College men's soccer team will look to rebound from a 2-1 weekend loss at No. 21 Plattsburgh when it hosts MCLA on Tuesday.
The Thoroughbreds gave undefeated No. 21 Plattsburgh all it could handle on Saturday, but the Cardinals tallied in the 84th minute to secure a 2-1 win.
Todd Jensen scored his first goal of the season 8:18 into play. The Thoroughbreds have scored in the opening 10 minutes of play in four of five games this season, going 3-1 in those contests.
Kevin Santos leads the team with three goals and six points, while
Augustine Okoye leads the team with three assists, tying him for third-most in the league.
SCOUTING MCLA
MCLA was topped by 1-0 by Bridgewater State on Saturday. Sophomore goalkeeper Kamron Anderson made a season-high 12 saves in the loss.
The Traiblazers have played three overtime contests this season, going 0-1-1 in those games.
Anderson has started all five games in goal and holds a 1.65 goals against average and a .804 save percentage. Forward Anthony Basile leads the team with three goals and six points.
