ResultsPOUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. --Â The Skidmore College men's and women's swimming and diving teams both suffered setbacks against Vassar in a dual meet on Saturday afternoon.

The men were beat 167-114, while the women lost 175-109.

Yookee Roh paced the women's team, winning the free (26.41) and the 200 back (2:19.77) and placing second 100 fly (1:07.42).
Catherine King added two first-place finishes, touching first in the 100 free (58.40) and finishing 1-2 with
Kate Lambos in the 200 free.
On the men's side,
Nick Sauerbrunn notched a pair of wins, earning first in the 200 free (1:53.88) and the 500 free (5:26.58). The Thoroughbreds swept the 500 free, as
Gabriel Salitan-Alvarez came in second and
Robert Fulton placed third. Salitan-Alvarez had his best race of the day in the 1000 free, winning by nearly a minute with a time of 10:57.51.
Jacob Nathan led the way for the divers, recording wins in the 1-meter and 3-meter event.
"Individually our athletes are improving from week to week," said Skidmore head coach
Jill Belding Greenleaf. "We are excited by the progress we see and are eager to get back to full strength."

The Thoroughbreds host a dual meet with Oneonta at 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14 in their first home event of the season.
