Utica, N.Y.—The Skidmore College men's soccer team tied Utica College 1-1 on the road Wednesday night. The Thoroughbreds are now 2-2-1, while the Pioneers are 1-2-1.
Skidmore scored first when
Nick Cinquino scored his first goal of the season off a rebound of a
Doug Yeates shot at 55:59. Utica tied it less than three minutes later when Dan Ball headed in a ball off a corner kick from Robert Russell.
Nick Peterson continued his solid play in goal for the Thoroughbreds with five saves. Skidmore will host SUNY Oneonta on Saturday at 7 p.m.
