Van Lennep Riding Center

Home of the nine-time IHSA National Championship Skidmore College Riding Team.

The Van Lennep Riding Center accommodates both Skidmore students and Community riders year round with a calendar which includes intercollegiate and locally recognized horse shows. Facilities at the Van Lennep Riding Center include a heated (280’ x 80’) indoor riding arena, large outdoor riding ring, five turnout paddocks, heated stable with 65 stalls, staff offices, lounge, tack rooms, feed room, storage areas, indoor and outdoor wash stalls, grooming stalls and a blacksmith shop.
