The Skidmore College women's tennis #1 doubles team of Nataly Mendoza and Lee Ford have been selected to compete in the NCAA doubles tournament in North Carolina from May 24-26.
 
Mendoza and Ford were one of 16 teams chosen to compete in the championships.  Earlier this year, they earned All-American honors after winning the USTA/ITA Northeast Regional Championship.  They went on to finish fourth at the USTA/ITA National Tournament.  The 6^th-ranked doubles team in the northeast region, they have posted a 20-10 record this season.
 
As a team, Skidmore will be making its sixth straight, NCAA Tournament appearance this Friday when they take on Simmons in the opening round at Amherst.
