Ahearn Athletic Training Room
106 Sports & Recreation Center

The Athletic Training Room was remodeled in 2004, moving from a small room at another location in the building, to a much larger space with updated amenities. The new Ahearn Athletic Training Room sits with a view of outside athletic fields, and is easily accessible directly from the outside.

The Athletic Training Room is stocked with all necessary equipment and supplies; including treatment tables, hydrotherapy area, modality carts, and a rehabilitation area. New additions to the Training include a state of the art laser and light therapy modality unit, a larger rehabilitation area with updated tools and equipment, and a student self-help station complete with interactive DVD programs on topics such as functional training, Mulligan techniques, and myofascial release techniques.

Location:
From the main entrance of the Sports Center, go towards the right and down the stairs to the bottom level, then turn to the left and follow the hallway. You will pass the weight room, racquetball courts, and recreation gym. The Training Room will be on the right at the end of the hallway.
